Board Change
CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO), a leading UK provider of managed IT services and communications solutions to private and public sector organisations, announces that Andy Mills has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect to pursue other interests.
Simon Duckworth, Non-Executive Chair, commented:
"We thank Andy for his contribution and counsel over the past four years and wish him well for the future. We will commence a process to recruit a new non-executive director to the board and will update the market in due course".
