Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or the "Company")
Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Further to the exercise of unlisted options, Celsius Resources Limited announces the issue of a total of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at A$ 0.012 (0.63 pence) per share.
Application will be made for the new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu will all existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to take place on or around 8 August 2023.
Following Admission, Celsius will have 2,240,619,870 Ordinary Shares in issue which will also represent the total number of voting rights in the Company. From Admission the above figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
