Capital Lease Aviation Plc (LSE: CLA), the aircraft leasing company, announces that on 29 July 2015, Peter Freeman, a non-executive director, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence per share in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 23p pence per Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Freeman holds direct and indirect interests in 29,500 Shares in the Company, representing 0.0308 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
