Elektron Technology plc (AIM: EKT, "Elektron" or the "Company"), the global technology group, was notified on 25 September 2015, that on the same day, Giovanni Ciuccio, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 13,500 ordinary shares in the capital of Elektron ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 7.25 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Ciuccio is interested in 13,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
