Director's Dealing
Elektron Technology plc (AIM: EKT, "Elektron" or the "Company"), the global technology group, was notified today, 14 September 2015, that Peter Welch, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, today acquired 150,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Elektron ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 6.7 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Welch is interested in 150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
