Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company announces the following:
The Company notes the announcement made on 13 August 2019, and would like to clarify that the Ordinary Shares held by the EBT should not be treated as treasury shares.
Therefore, as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 186,100,851 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which none are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 186,100,851, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company.
