Director's shareholding

The Company was notified on 27 November 2012, that Keith Daley, Chairman of the Company, on the same day acquired 1,286,700 ordinary shares in Elektron at a price of 16.048 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Daley is interested in 15,569,851 ordinary shares in Elektron, inclusive of his interest held under the Elektron Technology 2012 Employee Benefit Trust, representing in total approximately 13.03% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
