Director/PDMR Shareholdings
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 29 June 2011, the following transactions over ordinary shares in the Company were made by Directors of the Company.
RM Stopford
The Performance Share Awards granted on 30 June 2008 matured and in accordance with the performance conditions 19,626 shares lapsed and 15,421 shares were awarded to Mr Stopford.
In order to meet the tax liability which is incurred immediately on the exercise of this award and to meet certain other tax liabilities Mr Stopford sold on 29 June 2011 a total of 18,000 shares at a price of £12.55 per share.
Following this transaction, contingent upon the attainment of various performance conditions Mr Stopford had 100,388 shares outstanding under performance share awards, and he held 29,262 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.
JD Woyda
The Performance Share Awards granted on 30 June 2008 matured and in accordance with the performance conditions 21,807 shares lapsed and 17,134 were awarded to Mr Woyda.
In order to meet the tax liability which is incurred immediately on the exercise of this award Mr Woyda sold on 29 June 2011 a total of 8,910 shares at a price of £12.55 per share.
Following this transaction, contingent upon the attainment of various performance conditions Mr Woyda had 111,542 shares remaining outstanding under performance share awards and he held 28,299 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.
The above transactions took place in London on 29 June 2011.
