Blocklisting application
Clarkson PLC announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 91,879 ordinary shares of 25p each (the "Shares").
The Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Clarkson PLC ShareSave Plan. On exercise the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
It is expected that admission of the new Shares will be effective on 29 June 2018.
