Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company as at31 August 2017 are as follows:

\* These figures include 447,821 shares currently held in the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, which are excluded from the Company's EPS calculation.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
