Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons
Cape plc (the "Company"), the international provider of essential, non-mechanical industrial and specialist services to the energy and mineral resources sectors, was notified on 17 September 2014 that on 17 September 2014, Mr. Michael Speakman, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, acquired 8,708 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (ISIN number JE00B5SJJD95) (the "Ordinary Shares") at a reference share price of £2.870672 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Speakman has a beneficial interest in 44,060 Ordinary Shares representing 0.036 per cent of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
