Change in director details

In accordance with listing Rule 9.6.14R, Cape plc announces that it has been notified that Brendan Connolly, non-executive director of Cape plc, has been appointed a non-executive director of Synthomer plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 20 January 2014. Brendan Connolly continues as a non-executive director of Cape plc.

Commenting on the appointment, Tim Eggar, Chairman, said:
