Application for Block Admission
An application for block admission has been made for 427,500 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company ("Block Admission Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM on 7 April 2011. The Block Admission Shares are further to the Company's block admissions of Ordinary Shares admitted to AIM on 29 September 2009, 28 September 2010 and 27 October 2010.
The Block Admission Shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's Employee Incentive Plan 2004, and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
