Application for Block Admission
An application for block admission has been made for a total of 783,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company ("Block Admission Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM on 29 September 2009.
The Block Admission Shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's existing employee share schemes, as follows:
63,000 Ordinary Shares to be issued under Cape's 2006 Sharesave Plan.
720,000 Ordinary Shares to be issued under Cape's Employee Incentive Plan 2004.
The Block Admission Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
