Application for Block Admission
An application for block admission has been made for 300,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company ("Block Admission Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM on 27 October 2010. The Block Admission Shares are further to the Company's block admission of 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares admitted to AIM on 28 September 2010 and 783,000 Ordinary Shares admitted to AIM on 25 September 2009.
The Block Admission Shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's 2006 Sharesave Plan.
The Block Admission Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
