Director/PDMR Shareholding
CityFibre (AIM: CITY), a leading designer, builder, owner, and operator of fibre optic infrastructure in UK towns and cities, announces that it was informed on 11 January of the sale of 300,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") by TJL Investment Corporation, a company in which GARY Mesch, Non-Executive Director of the Company, and persons connected with him have an interest (the "Sale").
Following the Sale, GARY Mesch will have a total direct and indirect beneficial interest over 866,831 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
