CIP Merchant Capital (AIM: CIP), a closed-ended investment company, announces that it has been notified that Adrian Collins, the Company's Non-executive Chairman, has today acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 65 pence per share.
Following the acquisition, Mr Collins is interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
