Completion of purchase of preference shares
City of London Group plc announces that as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 26 August 2015 it has now acquired £2,000,000 of 7% preference shares in its subsidiary, Credit Asset Management Limited from Citymain Investments Limited, an associate company of Harvey Bard.
