Carador Income Fund plc today announces the result of the Resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting held on 22 June 2016 at 78 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2. The full text of each Resolution was included in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company dated 29 April 2016.
