Exercise of Options by Directors
The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("the Company") advises that on 10 December 2009 Peter Batchelor, Finance Director, exercised options under the Company's Executive Director Share Option Scheme in respect of 312,500 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 50 pence per Share, and 62,500 Shares at a price of 69 pence per Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Batchelor's holding in the Company is now 560,001 Shares representing 0.48% of the total voting rights.
The Company also advises that on 10 December 2009 Steven Vaughan, Property Director, exercised options under the Company's Executive Director Share Option Scheme in respect of 250,000 Shares at a price of 69 pence per Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Vaughan's holding in the Company is now 375,000 Shares representing 0.32% of the total voting rights.
Application has been made to AIM for admission of 625,000 Shares. These Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue. Admission is expected to become effective on 16 December 2009.
