DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or the "Company"), the property investment and development group, announces that it was notified on Tuesday 24 May 2016 that on that date Mr. Michael Wigley, Non-Executive Director, together with his wife, transferred 20,000 ordinary 5p shares to a trust of which Mr. Wigley is the sole beneficiary, at a price of 156 pence per share. The transfer does not represent a change in Mr. Wigley's beneficial interest in the Company which (together with that of his wife) remains at 330,000 shares, representing 0.43% of the total voting rights.
