Extension of Share Buyback Programme
Following the announcement on 1 December 2010 of the Company's Share Buyback Programme, Conygar has purchased a total of 1,765,000 Conygar ordinary shares ("Shares"). The Board of Conygar has decided to increase the size of the Share Buyback Programme by an additional 2,000,000 Shares, taking the total number of Shares to be acquired under the Share Buyback Programme to up to 4,000,000 Shares. All other parameters outlined in the Company's announcement on 1 December 2010 will continue to apply.
