The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or "Company"), the property investment and development group, announces that it has been notified today that Robert Ware, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 44,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, of which 26,650 were transferred to his SIPP and 17,350 were transferred to his ISA. Following the transfer, Robert Ware still holds 4,602,500 ordinary shares, representing 8.8% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
