Cohort PLC16 October 2007 Cohort plc 16 October 2007 Update on the Acquisition of SEA (Group) Ltd and Vendor Placing Following the announcement of the acquisition of SEA (Group) Ltd ("SEA") on 10October 2007, Cohort plc ("Cohort" or the "Company") is pleased to announce thatit has received acceptances from SEA Shareholders in respect of 89.3% of theissued shares of SEA. The remaining shares in SEA are expected to be acquiredbefore the end of October 2007. The Company has applied for 5,658,038 consideration shares to be admitted to theAIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that these shares,together with the 4,000,000 Vendor Placing Shares, will be admitted to AIM at 8:00 a.m. on 17 October 2007 at which time the acquisition will become whollyunconditional.
