The Company announces that on 17 January 2024, Peter Lynas, a Non-executive Director of Cohort, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at an average price of 545.3 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction, Peter Lynas' beneficial interest is 15,000 ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
