Block Listing Application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the Shares) to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will be granted on 1 October 2020.
These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time under the terms of the following schemes:
