Total Voting Rights and Revised Director holdings
Total voting rights
At the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 136,942,277 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 136,942,277.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Revised Directors' participation in the Placing and total shareholding interest
Since the announcement of 2 October, Ms Fara Luwia's Placing Participation has been re-allocated to Mr David Quinlivan, Mr Nicholas Smith and the Company Secretary Mr Russell Hardwick. The revised Director Placing Participations are as set out in the table below:
