Further update re timing of Jurisdiction decision in the international arbitration claim against the Republic of Indonesia
Further to the Company's announcement of 27 December 2013 that the Tribunal, constituted under the auspices of International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes ("ICSID"), had notified the Company that it anticipated issuing its ruling on jurisdiction in late January or early February 2014, the Company wishes to advise that as of this morning it has not received the Tribunal's ruling.
The Company's lawyers Quinn Emmanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP are in the process of contacting the Secretary of the Tribunal to request an updated timeframe for the issuance of the Tribunal's ruling on the Republic of Indonesia's jurisdictional challenge.
Churchill will provide an update as soon as it has further information as to the timing of the Tribunal's ruling.
