Treasury Stock
The Company announces that following an exercise of options today, under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme, at a price of 171 pence per ordinary share, the Company transferred 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") out of treasury.
As a result of this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 10,916,876 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 31,000 treasury shares.
