Churchill China was notified on 24 June 2015 that David O'Connor, Chief Executive Officer and David Taylor, Finance Director, sold ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 24 June 2015, in order to fund both the exercise cost of share options which were exercised on 22 June 2015 and the personal tax liability which crystallised on the vesting those share options.
