Grant of deferred share award
Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that on 19 January 2017 it granted an award of 80,633 deferred 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to Michael Flowers, a director of the Company, in satisfaction of 40% of Mr Flowers' annual bonus payment for the year ended 31 October 2016. The deferred share award will vest in three years' time.
