Correction to the announcement made at 13:08 (RNS number: 5618J) on 22/12/2020: The expected date of admission will be 6 January 2021 and not 6 January 2020 as previously announced. The full corrected announcement is as per below. All other information was correct:

Additional Listing
An application has been made to the UK Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 812,457 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, may be issued pursuant to the exercise of 812,457 employee share options granted under The Chemring Group 2018 UK Sharesave Plan on 30 July 2020. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 6 January 2021.
