Board Changes
Chariot,Β anΒ independent oil and gas exploration group,Β today announces thatΒ Kevin Broger hasΒ resignedΒ as CEO of the CompanyΒ for personal reasons,Β with immediate effect.Β He will be replaced in the interim by James Burgess, who is currently the Company's Commercial Director.
Chariot would like to thank Kevin forΒ his time with the Company,Β specifically acknowledging his role in the fundraising and listing on AIM and with his work in conjunction with the farm-out agreement signed with Petrobras. The CompanyΒ wishesΒ him well in the future.Β
