Total Voting Rights
The Company received a notification of exercise of 1,400,000 warrants issued as part of the placing announced on 17 March 2008. Application will be made for 1,400,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 25 September 2008.
The Company was notified on 17 September 2008 that as of 15 March 2008, Allianz SE, through Allianz Insurance Plc, held 10,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.75% of the issued share capital and total voting rights.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue and therefore the total number of voting rights following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares mentioned above is 180,943,419.
