Directors' Shareholdings

The Company has been informed that, on 17th July 2015, 511 shares were transferred into the name of Mrs S J Caffyn (wife of Simon Caffyn, Chief Executive).

The shares were gifted for nil consideration.

Mrs Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company, following the notification of this transaction, of 41,285 ordinary shares representing 1.50% of the ordinary shares of the Company.

The percentage of ordinary shares noted above excludes shares held in treasury.
