Directors' Shareholdings

On 17th June 2013, three Directors, Simon Caffyn, Sarah Caffyn and Mark Harrison have taken up their option under the SAYE 2010 Scheme and have each increased their holdings by 2,592 ordinary shares at an option price of 350p per share.

Following these transactions:

Mr S G M Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company following the notification of this transaction of 44,366 ordinary shares representing 1.59% of the ordinary shares of the Company.

Miss S J Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company following the notification of this transaction of 22,990 ordinary shares representing 0.82% of the ordinary shares of the Company.

Mr M S Harrison has a beneficial holding in the Company following the notification of this transaction of 7,592 ordinary shares representing 0.27% of the ordinary shares of Company.

The percentage of ordinary shares noted above excludes shares held in treasury.
