Caffyns PLC28 December 2006 Caffyns plc28 December 2006 28 December 2006 Caffyns plc ("the Company") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany is required to notify the market of the following: The Company's issued share capital, with voting rights, consists of: • 2,879,298 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50 pence each.• 2,000,000 6% cumulative second preference shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 4,879,298. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
