Directorate Change / CFO Appointment

The Board of Caffyns is pleased to announce the appointment of Joelle Timperley as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company with effect from 5 January 2026.

Joelle is a chartered accountant and CIMA Fellow and brings with her many years of relevant finance experience. Most recently Joelle was CFO at Hynamics UK, a subsidiary of EDF Group and prior to that she held senior finance and legal roles within Iveco Group and Immergas Group.

Joelle is replacing Michael Warren who, after 10 years as Finance Director of the Company, is retiring. Michael will step down from the Board on 5 January 2026 but will continue to work with Joelle to ensure a smooth transition.

This announcement is made pursuant to UKLR 6.4.6. There are no further matters to be disclosed under UKLR 6.4.8R (1) - (6) inclusive in relation to Joelle Timperley.
