Director's Shareholding
The Company received notification onΒ 18Β September 2009 concerning the exercise of the following share options:
Robert Barker, Finance Director, exercised options over 225,000Β ordinaryΒ shares of 10p eachΒ in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")Β held by the Colefax Group Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust at an aggregate exercise price of Β£3 in total. FollowingΒ theΒ exercise of theseΒ optionsΒ MrΒ Barker has today sold 35,000Β Ordinary SharesΒ at a price of Β£1.09 per share to fund part of the income tax liability arising on the exercise of the options. Following these transactions Mr Barker has an interest in 295,000Β Ordinary SharesΒ representing approximately 1.99% of theΒ Company'sΒ issued share capital
Key Hall,Β USΒ Chief Executive officer, exercisedΒ options over 100,000Β Ordinary SharesΒ held by the Colefax Group Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust at an aggregate exercise price of Β£1 in total. FollowingΒ the exercise of these optionsΒ Ms Hall has an interest in 150,000Β Ordinary SharesΒ representing approximately 1.01% of theΒ Company'sΒ issued share capital
