Celtic Resources Holdings PLC12 September 2006 Celtic Resources Holdings plc ("the Company") Additional listing Application has been made for 1,352,018 new ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each tobe admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. Theseshares are being issued under the staff incentive scheme at par, being Euro 0.25per share. As a result of this share issue, the Celtic Resources Holdings Plc EmployeeBenefit Trust No 2 now holds 3,329,018 shares, being 6.88% of the issued sharecapital of the company.
