Further re: Share Capital Reduction Update

Further to the announcement released by the Company earlier today, concerning the proposed share capital reduction and proposed cancellation of the share premium account, the Company announces that due to filling delays by Companies House pertaining to the relevant legal documentation, the share capital reduction is now expected to become effective on or around the 13 May 2024 once the order has been registered by the Registrar of Companies.

The Company will update the market in due course.
