Block Listing Application
Codemasters Group Holdings Plc (AIM:CMD), the award winning British video game developer and publisher specialising in high quality racing games, provides notification that the Company has made a block listing application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of up to 600,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").
These Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Codemasters Employee Share Option Plan.
When issued, the Ordinary Shares under the block listing will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. It is expected that admission will become effective on 5 June 2019.
There is no change to the Company's issued share capital as a result of this block admission.
