Cardinal Resources plc28 March 2007 LONDON - Wednesday, 28th March 2007 Cardinal Resources plc (AIM:CDL) ("Cardinal" or "the Company"), an independentoil and gas exploration and production company operating in Ukraine, todayannounces that it has successfully recovered a debt amounting to US $773,559previously written off as unrecoverable. Cardinal and its JAA partner JSC"Ukrnafta" were owed funds for the gas production from its joint activity forthe period between 1998 - first quarter of 2001.
