Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Cloudbreak Discovery Plc (LSE: CDL), a natural resource project generator, today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted today to shareholders.
The AGM will be held on 31 January 2022 at 520 - 999 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada V6C 2W2 at 10 a.m. (PST) 6 p.m. (GMT).
