A dissident shareholder, QVT Fund LP, has requisitioned the EGM to remove RobertJ. Bensh as Director, Chairman and Chief Executive and to appoint Mr IgorEffimoff, an individual unknown to the Board of Cardinal, as a Director andChief Executive.
