Tender Offer Update
London: Thursday 30 September 2021: The Board of Character would like to update shareholders on the timing for the Company's proposed Tender Offer, announced on 29 April 2021.
The trading conditions reported in the Company's announcement on 15 September 2021 continue and, in the circumstances, the Directors consider that the Tender Offer should not be made until after the announcement of the Group's preliminary results scheduled to be released in December 2021.
A further update on the position with the Tender Offer, including details of the pricing and exact timing, will be issued shortly prior to the Tender Offer formally being made.
