2015 Annual Report & Financial Statements
The Company announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 August 2015, incorporating the Notice convening the Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting, has been published today.
The 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Duane Morris, 2nd Floor, 10, Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4UQ on Friday, 22 January 2016 at 11.00am.
A copy of the 2015 Annual Report can be viewed on, and downloaded from, the Company's website at www.thecharacter.com.
