2012 Annual Report & Financial Statements
The Company announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 August 2012,incorporating the Notice convening the Company's 2013 Annual General Meeting, has been published today.
A copy of the 2012 Annual Report can be viewed on, and downloaded from, the Company's website at www.thecharacter.com.
The 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Duane Morris, 2nd Floor,
10, Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4UQ on Tuesday, 29 January 2013 at 11.00am.
