The Company announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 August 2017, incorporating the Notice convening the Company's 2018 Annual General Meeting, has been published.
A copy of the 2017 Annual Report can be viewed on, and downloaded from, the Company's website at www.thecharacter.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Duane Morris, 2nd Floor, 10 Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4UQ on Friday, 19 January 2018 at 11.00 am.
