Annual Report & Financial Statements
The Company announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 August 2016, incorporating the Notice convening the Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting, has been published.
A copy of the 2016 Annual Report can be viewed on, and downloaded from, the Company's website at www.thecharacter.com.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Duane Morris LLP, 2nd Floor, 10 Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4UQ on Friday, 20 January 2017 at 11.00 am.
